Courier Prime

A redone version of an old favorite font (Courier). One of the inspirations for the italic typestyle?

Other Couriers just slant the letters to create faux italics. We give you a whole new face, modeled off the “casual” script of vintage typewriters, that looks magnifique.

Neat.

This makes a lot of sense, but it never dawned on me: "[Courier's] uniformity allows filmmakers to make handy comparisons and estimates, such as 1 page = 1 minute of screen time."

I like it. I've downloaded and installed the font.
